Challenge Statement:

Spend some time planning out your meals for the next 5 days

I’m going to slightly break the rules here and do it for the next 6 days…just to make things easier! I’ll blog all my recipes for you if you want to give them a go..!

Sunday: Chicken Curry and Cauliflower Rice

Monday: Tuna and spring onion omlette

Tuesday: Turkey Mince Taco’s

Wednesday: Cod and Courgette Chips

Thursday: Curried Chickpeas with Salad

Friday:  Chicken Tikka salad with mint yogurt
